It has been a very encouraging week. We have had several opportunities to share the Gospel with people from our English classes and seen openness in response. There were answers to prayer too. We are mentoring Vivien and Judit outside of the regular English class and that is giving us good opportunity to build relationships and thus gain their trust. There is another man and his wife who have expressed an interest in having more English conversation too. We are in the process of setting up a time to meet. Another newcomer to the ladies Bible study is Ildiko. Please pray for her to be able to understand the Gospel.
Peter is a young man who became a believer in Summer camp a few years ago. Steve will be meeting with him on Thursday afternoons to do some Bible study.
The Carlaw’s three sons had their exams this week and we all want to thank you for your prayers. They passed with only one C and all the rest A’s. That is a reason for celebration! Shaun and Sondi are praying for another family to join them in this ministry. It is difficult not to have Christian fellowship on a daily basis, and the work is growing. Pray for more workers in the harvest!
We are full of the joy of the Lord and staying healthy. It is beautiful here, as Spring has sprung and the birds are busy building nests. May we all be busy building the Kingdom of God and rejoice in His goodness and salvation.
In His love,
Denise and Steve
Denise and Steve,
That is so thrilling! You are good and busy, and it’s a good busy!
I will definitely pray that God would raise up a new workers for the harvest field there in the Balkans.
May you all experience the hand of God upon your ministry as you share such good news with needy people!
Mike
Matthew 9:37-38/ “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.”
