The English club without a tutor went very smoothly. My roommate Katie was able to communicate successfully with her students. They helped each other out when a tricky word was brought up. Thank you for your prayers!
We had twelve at youth group on Friday in Tapolca (that is a record). The teens got to hear about Jesus being the Bread of Life. Jesus said to them, “I am the Bread of Life; whoever comes to me shall not hunger, and whoever believes in me shall never thirst.” (John 6:35 ESV) Please pray that these teens will understand that God is the only one who can fully satisfy all their needs, and that they can receive His FREE GIFT by believing in Him and not by works.
My parents are coming on Saturday! Pray that I will be intentional with them while they are here for the week. I have a feeling I will not know how much I have missed them until they are gone again!
Just missing you granddaughter. Know that grandpa and grandma are praying for you and the work that God has blessed you with. Love, Grandma and Grandpa
What a great report! Many our praying for Tapolca and the work being done. May they come to understand their sin, know the great redeeming work of Jesus and decide to live a life of gratitude for His work for us on the cross.
Elise, thank you for your report! It’s so good that your mom and dad will come soon. Enjoy!
So, “a tricky word was brought up” at the study. That happens in ministry! Glad it was wisely handled.
I loved seeing the selfie/ Tapolca youth group pic. I pray for that city to have a new church! The report and pic help my “vision” for intercession.
Fight the good fight of faith, girl.
