It has been an amazing blessing to see our church family invest prayer and financial support in the Montázs Art Café project. I am humbled by the missional heart of the church body, and how God has used the local church in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago to mobilize the local church in Budapest, Hungary, and vice versa. The Orchard’s partnership with the ministry center in Budapest has existed for nearly 20 years, and I am so excited to be a part of it.
I am on the verge of beginning my adventure in Budapest, Hungary to serve on the Budapest City team. During my time there, I will disciple the Hungarian students who attend the fall and summer English camps and teach art workshops as a way to invite the community into the ministry center, and ultimately into a relationship with Jesus Christ. I will also help with the operations of the Montázs Art Café, a project that our church is committed to supporting through prayer and giving.
Many of you and your children have been to Budapest and seen firsthand the opportunities that God has entrusted to the church. I’ve met so many people who have a passion for serving the Lord, whether through missions, the arts, community– this ministry would not exist without you!
This season, I am learning to grow in trust and dependence on God to fulfill my tangible needs. In order to head to Hungary by my target date of June 2014, I need 100% of my financial support committed, and I am trusting in God for His provision of ministry partners. Would you be willing to attend one of my informational meetings to hear more about extending your partnership once again?

Please keep Hungary in your prayers in the following ways:
- Pray that God’s kingdom would be glorified through the local church, both in the U.S. and abroad.
- Pray for the Budapest City Team who is currently serving in Hungary, that God would provide them with limitless opportunities to share the gospel.
- Pray and ask God how He can use your resources to support the Montázs Art Café and my 23-month mission to Budapest.
