Our last days here have been very busy, but fruitful. We have been meeting one on one with a lot of the English class students and regular Sunday visitors. We have had opportunity to share personal testimony with virtually everyone. We are just amazed at how God is working here in Tapolca. It has been a wonderful time for us and we are sad to leave, but at the same time we are looking forward to seeing everyone at home.
Yesterday we spoke with our friend, Tibi, in Budapest and he told us that the men who heard Steve’s testimony a few weeks ago are still asking him questions. They are thankful to hear that there is hope for them and that Jesus can change peoples’ lives.
Tonight was our last English class for the season because the summer camps will be starting up. It was a great turnout and our devotional topic was about love. At the end we invited them all to Sunday services. One couple which we had visited said they would come. Please pray for Steve as he will be giving the message.
Prayer points:
- That God will continue to work in the lives of the people we’ve met.
- That the ladies weekly bible study group will continue to meet.
- That the summer camps will be well staffed and kids will come to know the Lord.
- Pray for Shaun and Söndi to be encouraged and joyful as they minister here.
In Christ,
Steve and Denise
Thanks for going and for sharing your lives, love and the good news!
We are excited to hear, in person, the amazing things God has done through this trip. The kids are looking forward to your safe return.
